Never a Dull Moment... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kids weekly rundown.... It's been a few days since I last posted anything, so here's our update: Aidan has remained seizure-free for the last 22 days, which is totally great news. He goes back to the Neuro/Dietician on Thursday so then we'll know how everything is going officially. The only problems I'm seeing with the diet is Aidan has had a constant runny nose since starting. It's now all crusted and bloody every morning when he wakes up and he also is becoming a bit tired between the hours of 4-7pm. I'm not sure if it's because he's now doing so much or if it his body not metabolizing the meds like they use too. Maybe he now needs his meds lowered to what his mid-day dose is. I'm hoping a med decrease is what the doctor will want to do. Taylor went for her genetic blood test last week, so hopefully we'll hear something over the next few weeks. There pretty sure it's Angelman's, but after 10 years it would be nice to have it down on paper for various reasons. Courtney will finish up her current soccer league this Friday. The team that was a ahead of us LOST there game last week, so as long as we beat them or tie them we'll be the CHAMPIONS!!! Dylan starts up his indoor soccer league in a few weeks. They have there 1st practice tonight. It should be interesting to watch a bunch of 4-6 year old run around on a field 1/2 the size of a normal soccer field. Well that's all I have time for - Later 9:53 am - 01/24/2006 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
