Never a Dull Moment... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Weatherman, argh!!! I'm beginning to think that my most favorite weatherman doesn't have a CLUE when it comes to giving a correct weather forecast. For the last few days he repeatly said that the "other" weatherman were predicting a WRONG forecast when it comes to us getting snow today versus just rain. Well here it is 9:30am and the fluffy white stuff is coming down in full force. It's so pretty to look at, but why does it have to happen when I have to drive all the way over to Walter Reed??? Don't they know I appreciate sunny, dry weather when I have to drive on 495 with a all those crazy drivers? In a few hours we'll be off to see the kidney doctor and see what he has to say about Aidan. I'm pretty sure nothing is wrong, but it's better to be safe than sorry. My biggest concern is with his hearing. I've come to except the fact that Aidan is most likely profoundly deaf and that hopefully with the hearing aides he'll be able to develop and learn to talk very soon. I think the walking will come when he gets the braces. Hopefully that will be sometime soon. It seems the lady in charge of getting me the refferal is confused whether or not the military will be making the braces or we'll have to go out in town to get them. Hopefully she'll call me back today. With everything that's going on with Aidan it makes me see how trival most things in everyday life are. 9:28 am - 02/22/2006 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
