Never a Dull Moment... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hopefully 2007 will be our year.... When will Aidan's sickies finally go away? I was so worried while he was on his steroid treatment that he would come down with "something" and we would end up with a stay at the hospital, but nothing happened and I was relieved. It seems his body was waiting for the LAST shot to come down with everything. The day of his last shot he got the viral infection which caused him to became dehydrated and of course we can't forget the allegic reaction and the medicine that caused the seizures to return. Then on Christmas Eve he got the terrible ear infection and of course that medicine didn't help with his seizures either. Luckily, this time the seizures only returned for a day. And, now it seems he got another bug. Last night he started vommiting and it lasted for a few hours, which meant many showers and loads of clothes. My poor little guy hardly ever gets sick other than his seizures (and that's literally enough to keep me on my toes) and now he's getting everything. Everyone else has remained healthy other than a few coughs here and there - thank goodness!!! We had an overall nice Christmas around here. The kids all seem pretty happy with there gifts and didn't really notice that their piles where about 1/2 of what they were last year. That just tells me that they got WAY TOO MUCH before and that each year from now on we'll go down a bit. Well I'm off to the treadmill since Aidan is still knocked out on the floor.
